Ross Stoelting Frozen Custard / Italian Ice Machine. Model CF101, made in 2006. Mint condition, makes delicious frozen custard and Italian Ice. Includes all parts and manual, potential buyers can see it running and taste product per request. I paid over $12K for this machine two years ago. I purchased it directly from the company and it was inspected throughly. It paid for itself in sales in less than a year, and frozen desserts is not my main business.
